Nxai Pan Add-on: In full
This 3 night visit to Nxai Pan National Park is designed to be easily combined with a safari in the Okavango Delta in Botswana. Stay in luxury en-suite chalets at the new Nxai Pan Camp , the first permanent camp within the park.
Days 1-3
3 nights at Nxai Pan Camp (full board & activities) | Kalahari's Salt Pans, Botswana
Arriving in Maun, you'll be transferred by light aircraft, to the new Nxai Pan Camp for 3 nights. This camp opened in February 2009 and is the first permanent camp within the Nxai Pan National Park. The camp overlooks a waterhole on the edge of the Nxai Pan, and has eight purpose-built desert tents. Day 4
If you are at the beginning of your trip, you will be transferred back to Maun to head off (usually by light aircraft) on your chosen Botswana safari. If you are at the end of your trip, you will fly from Maun back to London via Jo'burg.
