In the centre of Hermanus, beside the old harbour, the Auberge Burgundy is a quaint Provençal-style guesthouse with a small courtyard garden, complete with fountain and fig trees.
It has 18 smart, comfortable bedrooms, some arranged around a rooftop swimming pool.
Drafty Hotel in good location
Another outdoor room on the roof alongside the swimming pool. Again the weather did not help as we had to block the door with paper to stop the rattling during the night from high winds.
