Nearby Chindeni, Chamilandu is equally stylish, with three chalets raised on timber platforms above the Luangwa's banks. These have sweeping views of the river and are fitted out with wrought iron, brass and natural fabrics.
Note that Chamilandu combines naturally with the other bushcamps which are run by the Bushcamp Company, namely Kuyenda , Chindeni , Bilimungwe and Kapamba.
Chamilandu has en-suite flush toilets and showers. Like the others, Chamilandu concentrates on walking safaris both from and between the camps, though game-drives (day & night) are also offered. If you want some serious walking in quiet areas on the south side of the park, then this and its sister-camps are good choices.
