A former house close to the centre of town, the Eberwein Hotel was transformed into a privately owned hotel in December 1999.
Rooms are clean and bright, with cheery pastel pink a dominant theme. Each has a TV, a minibar, a fan, a hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities and underfloor heating. All rooms have en-suite showers and are clean and bright, and some are Victorian in style with high ceilings.
The main areas include a cosy bar, a breakfast area and a roof terrace. All bookings here are on a B&B basis, so there is no longer a restaurant, although there are many close by in Swakopmund town.
Overall the Eberwein is a fairly standard hotel, which makes for a comfortable one or two night stop in Swakopmund.
