The tents at Okonjima Main Camp are set slightly away from the main lapa and so offer a bit more privacy. They are large walk-in Meru tents covered with a thatch roof to help keep them cool in summer and warm in winter.

Although they are slightly smaller than the standard rooms, the interior furniture is very similar to the standard rooms. They all have an en suite bathroom at the back of the tent. Whereas the rooms at Main Camp have a small seated area inside, each of the tents has two chairs in front of it where you can sit and relax.

Each tent has a plain and functional en suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. There is hot and cold water on tap and some toiletries are provided - shampoo/shower gel and body lotion.

There are electric fans in the tent and there are mosquito nets built into the windows and doors.
