The River Club has a colonial feel and ten comfortable, split-level chalets built on the riverbank. Each has an open side, facing the river. The main building has a lounge, dining room and small library with a variety of books and parlour games.
Outside, the swimming pool has a good view across the river, the lawn is marked out for croquet, and there's a short nature trail around the lodge's grounds.
