The Garden Suites at Sultan Palace are all stone cottages with an Arab-Zanzibari style to them. The Garden Suites are set back from the beach behind the Imperial Suites; they are slightly larger than the Ocean Suites.

The Garden Suites cost exactly the same as the Ocean Suites – and though we can request one or the other for you, we can seldom guarantee this.

Like the Ocean Suites, the Garden Suites and are constructed from white-washed walls, natural stone and are thatched. All are set in individual gardens, separated by low, white stonewall partitions.

Each Garden Suite is furnished with high-quality, locally-sourced Zanzibari furniture and materials, and each has a mini-fridge and a digital safe. Every suite also has a large double bed, and big French windows that open out onto a private wooden terrace with loungers – perfect for some peace and quiet.

The Garden Suites at Sultan Palace all have simple yet very clean and nicely decorated en-suite bathrooms – which are quite a bit bigger than the bathrooms in the Ocean Suites. There are hot-and-cold showers, flush toilets and single sinks.
