Situated just outside the eastern edge of Etosha National Park, set in its own small reserve, Kempinski Mokuti Lodge is the largest 'lodge' in this area; in many ways it is really a hotel in the bush. Once just simply Mokuti Lodge, in 2008 it was taken over by the 'Kempinski' international hotel chain to become Kempinski Mokuti Lodge.
