On arrival at Windhoek Airport you'll be met and transferred by road to your guesthouse in one of Windhoek's leafy suburbs. The rest of the day is free to spend as you wish, maybe relaxing by the pool or exploring the city. The centre of Windhoek
is about 5 minutes' drive away and it's easy to arrange a shuttle or taxi service with the guesthouse. For dinner tonight you can eat out at one of Windhoek's many good restaurants, or stay in for a tasty meal at the lovely Olive Grove.

After a short road transfer to Windhoek's local Eros Airport, you'll board a light aircraft for a superb scenic flight to the desert. This passes right over the escarpment and down to the Namib Desert
- you can really appreciate the vast beauty of Namibia's landscapes from the air. During your two night stay here you'll be treated to guided excursions within the private Kulala Wilderness Reserve and into the Namib-Naukluft Park
to see the impressive dunes at Sossusvlei

. Return each evening to your delightful desert oasis at Kulala Desert Lodge.
2 nights at Doro Nawas (full board & activities) | Damaraland, Namibia
It's a spectacular scenic flight today, first over the expansive Namib Desert and along the coast to Swakopmund where you land to re-fuel. Then continue flying up the Skeleton Coast and inland to reach Damaraland
. This area is renowned for its dramatic landscapes and free-roaming wildlife, including the elusive desert-adapted elephant that traverse the ephemeral river valleys during the dry season. You may be lucky enough to see these gentle giants on guided 4WD nature drives, and you'll discover a myriad of flora and fauna on guided walks. It's a memorable two night stay at Doro Nawas Camp.
2 nights at Anderssons Camp (full board & activities) | Etosha National Park, Namibia
From Damaraland you fly north-east over Namibia's Central Highlands before coming in to land on the southern edge of Etosha National Park
. There's plenty of wildlife to be seen on guided game drives in open 4WD vehicles into Etosha Park and within the private Ongava Game Reserve
. Sightings may include giraffe, lion, zebra, hyena, leopard, warthog, jackal, elephant, rhino, cheetah and a variety of antelope species. The open savannah and vast Etosha Pan
also make striking photographs. You'll stay two nights within the Ongava Reserve beside a frequented waterhole at Anderssons Camp.
After two exciting days of game viewing in the Ongava Reserve and Etosha National Park, you'll fly south back to Windhoek Airport in good time to check-in for your scheduled overnight flight back to the UK with South African Airways
