A small modern place. Very clean and a great first night's stop in Namibia. Secured parking area with electronic controlled access made one feel comfortable, although raised questions about why one should need such arrangements! We tried the pool which was clean but found it too cold.
Staff helpful and attentive.

Great location. Close to Joe's and other nice restauarnts. Hostess was very nice and accomodating. Quiet accomodations and secured parking.
Rooms were small. In-room safes need to be left open and usage detailed with the guests.
Welcome start to trip at Elegant Guesthouse
Welcoming and comfortable. Good breakfast. Rather stylish ambience. Well appointed. Not far from Joe's Beerhouse!
Would be happy to start or finish a safari here.
The Elegant Guesthouse review
This guesthouse was the first place we stayed.
We were initially a little taken back by the fairly over security (gate, fences & night-time security guard) - but the rooms themselves were clean and cool and reminded us of India arranged on three sides around a sunken rock feature.
We have always believed that acting responsibly is the only way to approach tourism and we're one of
the few companies to hold AITO's original coveted 5-star status for responsible tourism. It's a lead
that others are now following.
