Lovely guesthouse very friendly
Nice place for an overnight stop after a long flight and very close to Joes Beer house which was amazing (try the Zebra or Gemsbok)

Arrival in Windhoek
Although not particularly central the Elegant guesthouse was well situated to the centre of town. It served perfectly well for an overnight stop following our arrival from the UK and prior to our departure on our 15 day road trip.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms clean tidy and well appointed, and breakfast included a wide selection of choices, and perfectly cooked eggs!

The Elegant Guesthouse is clean and well positioned. It doesn't have a lot of atmosphere and feels a little too clinical but is well run and very modern.

A very comfortable place to stay , quiet and peaceful but convenient as only a 5 minute drive into the centre of Windhoek.
Friendly and helpful staff, a good breakfast, drinks (hot & cold) available 24 hours, and well appointed and comfortable rooms.

An architectural surprise: understated, clean lines clad in earthy colors and natural textures plus the sound of moving water produced by several well-placed ceramic-jar fountains and a reflecting pool.
Youthful staff is friendly and helpful – including the night watchman who retrieved our car key from the door of the car where we stupidly left it.
This location is convenient and easy to find when arriving via Windhoek Airport.
Great place to relax & explore Windhoek
Attractive, spotlessly clean room. Pleasant areas to relax - comfy sofas inside and shadey tables and chairs outside. Great place to relax and read the guidebooks on arrival in Namibia or just look at the grass area over the road and the scrubby hillside. There's tea and coffee available throughout the day.
We enjoyed the walk into Windhoek - up over the hill through residential roads. The residential area surrounding the guesthouse is also very pleasant - another nice walk past jacaranda trees dripping with purple flowers. But the best thing is the friendliness of the staff - always a smile and cheerful greeting and happy to help.

Clean and comfortable. Very welcoming on our arrival. Accomodation excellent.
