Haus Sonneneck review
This B&B was set in lovely gardens with secured parking. The rooms were large, clean & the service was excellent.
A friend of the owners was in charge whilst we were there (unfortunately we cannot remember her name) but she was extremely accommodating & helpful. This was a really lovely place to spend a quiet few hours in their lovely gardens after a long flight.
About 5 mins drive away is a supermarket "Pick n' Pick" which iis open on a Sunday & we were able to buy provisions for our trip.

Excellent service, very clean and well furnished rooms, the staff gave good advice on where to go and where to eat etc.
This was very useful while we were still getting the "feel of the place"

Very friendly host. A little way outside of town, but all the better for that !
Breakfast was a little limited, but we were the only guests at the time, so probably only enough food was provided for four people

Ideal for us as stopover for first and last nights of trip.
Owner friendly, lovely garden, room comfortable (welcome blankets available for the bed) and breakfast good.
Not too far from centre of Windhoek, great having Pick n' Pay supermarket and petrol station (open every day) just down the road and best of all only a few minutes away from Joe's Beerhouse for amazing food

Friendly greeting,attractive house in pretty gardens.
Room large and fine, though somewhat soul-less. Quite functional.
Breakfast fine.
A good brief stopover place, but nothing special.
