We treat the protection of all of our travellers' privacy very seriously.

We are a specialist tour operator and that is what we focus on. We have many high-profile travellers; they trust us with their privacy as we have a culture of protecting the privacy of all of our travellers.

If you give us your contact details, then we will treat these in confidence. We will not divulge them to any third party working outside of ourselves and our sister-companies in the small Sunvil Travel group.

Any phone numbers will be used only for our team to discuss a specific trip with you; otherwise you will not generally be contacted by us by phone.

We do send out periodic newsletters through the post, and often an annual card to ask if you want to receive any of the following years' brochures. If you travel with us, then you may receive the relevant brochure without requesting it. In the past, there have been a maximum of about 2-3 pieces of mail from us per year!

We plan to email out an Africa newsletter about once per month, and there is also a general Sunvil newsletter that is sent less frequently. We promise to make it easy to unsubscribe to these, and we will endeavour to immediately respect your wishes if and when you wish to unsubscribe. The list of newsletter recipients will be independent of our other records.
