Crawshay's Zebra Safari
This classic and luxurious Zambian safari gives you
5 nights in Zambia's South Luangwa National Park, using two small, high-quality camps run by
Robin Pope Safaris followed by a short light aircraft transfer down to Lower Zambezi National park to stay for a further
5 nights in two superb camps run by
Chiawa. It's a memorable safari staying in first-class camps.

Starting from London Heathrow, your scheduled British Airways overnight flight takes you overnight directly to Lusaka. |
Landing in Lusaka in the morning, you'll connect to a flight to Mfuwe (about 60 minutes) beside South Luangwa National Park. You'll be met by a safari guide and open 4WD for the 30-minute drive to Nkwali Camp, beside the Luangwa River. Arriving in time for an excellent lunch, and this will be your base for 3 nights of exploring the park by 4WD. |

After a good brunch, you'll be driven a few hours north, to the romantic, tented camp of Tena Tena. This will be your base for a further 2 nights. As usual with all of Robin Pope's main camps, you'll have the choice of walking or driving – so it's up to you how to explore here. |

As part of your morning activity, you'll be taken by road first through the park and then through the villages of Mfuwe to Luangwa Valley's airport. From there a light aircraft will transfer you directly down to Lower Zambezi, where you'll be met and taken through the park for 3 nights at |

| Situated on the banks of the Zambezi River, Chiawa offers 4WD safaris in open-topped game viewing vehicles, walks with a guide and an armed scout and river activities either in canoes or in their large aluminium-hulled boat. |
After a morning game drive or walking safari you'll return for a delicious brunch at Chiawa, and then a transfer in an open-topped 4WD to their sister bush-camp, situated in the middle of the park in a grove of towering winterthorn trees. You'll stay here for 2 nights at – |

Rising early in the morning, you transfer by 4WD back to the Lower Zambezi airstrip for your quick light aircraft flight back to Lusaka Airport. There you connect straight onto your direct flight back to London Heathrow with British Airways. You arrive back into Heathrow in the late afternoon – after a superb trip to Zambia. |
