This comfortable trip uses two different camps as bases from which to explore the
Selous Game Reserve, and to gain some real insights into Tanzania's largest game reserve;
Impala Camp and
Sand Rivers provide a great contrast, and the journey between them, across the park's different environments, helps you to see different sides of the Selous – a remarkable World Heritage.

After your last morning on safari, you fly to Dar es Salaam, and then either continue onto one of Tanzania's islands for a relaxing beach holiday – perhaps Zanzibar, Pemba, or Mafia – or overnight in Dar prior to connecting with your early-morning British Airways flight back to London. |

It's easy to follow this safari with time relaxing on the beach, one one of the tropical islands in the Indian Ocean near Tanzania – and the costs for beach add-ons can be very low!
