Days 1-6 North Island, Seychelles

This add-on trip starts on a Sunday afternoon, with a direct flight from Johannesburg to the Seychelles, with Air Seychelles. Arriving in Mahe in the early evening, you'll you'll be met and guided swiftly the airport's helicopter for a short, 15-20-minute private flight to North Island. North Island (full board & activities)

Your time is your own here, and your villa's own attendant will help you arrange your meals, and any activities, to suit your own tastes and preferences. The chef's skill is at your disposal – and virtually all your activities are included here.

Day 7

On your final day, leave your villa for a last few hours soaking up the sunshine and luxury, before boarding a private helicopter back to Mahe Airport. You'll take the direct Air Seychelles overnight flight from there back to London Heathrow.

Day 8

At about 06:45 on Sunday morning you arriving in London Heathrow, with the whole day ahead of you to make your way home – after a magical break on one of the world's most amazing islands.

This itinerary includes:
• Economy flights between Jo'burg and Mahe, and Mahe back to London, and all local taxes.

• All meals and virtually all drinks, both alcoholic and soft – including a large list of 'included' wines and most spirits / cocktails.
• All snorkelling trips and scuba-diving (including PADI scuba courses) in and around the North & Silhouette islands.
• Shore-based fishing and half-day fishing charters, and body-boarding lessons and sea kayaking.
• Use of mountain bicycles on North Island, and the use of one 'North Island buggy' per villa.
• Use of the internet connection (there is WiFi capability in each villas, and a PC provided for guests in the lodge's library).
• Talks, guided ecological walks activities with the resident ecologist on North Island.
