This comfortable resort is located along a lovely palm-lined sandy beach and offers endless lake-based activities as well as trips to nearby villages and missions.

Days 2-4 Shore of Lake Malawi, Malawi

Makokola Retreat is a lively place, offering activities that include sailing, boating and snorkelling on Lake Malawi. It has two separate swimming pools, one with an adjacent bar, as well as facilities for tennis and squash, and a nine-hole golf course scattered with baobabs. Alternatively just relax and enjoy the facilities available at the resort.

Today you will be transferred by road, a journey of approximately four hours, to Lilongwe airport in time for your onward flight.
