Somalisa Safari Add-on
This add-on trip spends 3 nights at Somalisa Camp on a flood plain in the middle of Hwange National Park, including transfers to/from Livingstone; it is a great way to see some of Zimbabwe as a short side-trip from one of our safaris to Zambia or Botswana. You will stay at an authentic bush camp near the Kennedy Vlei Line, which gives you plenty of opportunity to spot the great herds of elephant that roam Hwange National Park.
You'll be collected in the morning from Livingstone, and then driven across the railway bridge (originally built by Cecil Rhodes) over the Zambezi River, very close to the Falls, through the town of Victoria Falls, and then into Zimbabwe's rural countryside. | This is your base for the next few nights, and you'll be shown to your elegant canvas tent. This authentic bush camp is located near the Kennedy Vlei line, and is a good place to spot some of the 100 mammals that frequent Hwange National Park. |
