This exclusive safari spends 2 nights at the luxurious Ngorongoro Crater Lodge, from where you'll enjoy a safari into the Ngorongoro Crater, before heading into the Serengeti's private Grumeti Reserve for 2 nights at one of the region's top safari camps: the stylish, 1920s-style Sabora Camp.

Depart London Heathrow on your scheduled overnight flight with British Airways to Manyara Airstrip, stopping via Dar es Salaam. |
On arrival at Manyara Airstrip, your will be met by a superior guide. You'll be driven up over the Rift Valley Escarpment in your first day. This takes about four-hours, using good tar roads which pass through small vibrant towns and villages, until you reach you first stop where you'll spend 2-nights: |

| Whilst based at Ngorongoro Crater Lodge, head with your guide into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day safari. Enjoy the phenomenal game before heading back at the end of the day to enjoy an exquisite meal in an utterly decadent dining room. |
After breakfast catch a small aircraft flight over the Great Rift Valley and into the privateGrumeti Reserve. An experienced guide from the camp will meet you in an 4WD to take you on a short safari transfer before arriving for lunch at the beautiful…. |
| Sabora Tented Camp (full board & activities) |
| Spend 2 nights exploring the wonderful Grumeti Reserve in the Serengeti. Somewhere between about May and August, the great wildebeest migration usually crosses the Grumeti River. Then it moves north and east through this private reserve, which offers very exclusive game-viewing of the migration. |

In the morning fly back to Arusha. Then either continue onto Dar and thence to one of our beach add-on trips, or connect with an afternoon flight to Nairobi and onto an evening flight to London with British Airways. |

- Guided safari activities, usually one in the morning and one in the late afternoon.

This itinerary excludes:- Tanzanian domestic departure taxes.
- Tips and gratuities, which are optional.
- As with all of our trips, you need to organise your own visas. Currently (Jan 2012) holders of British passports do need a visa for Tanzania, which can be obtained through the Tanzanian High Commission in London prior to travel.
