The Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island, to give its full name, is a collection of 71 chic bungalows and beautifully appointed villas, of which even the smallest is huge with private garden and pool.

As you’d expect from a Four Seasons, you’ll be well looked after by a slick team from yoga instructors, wellness experts and talented chefs (the Lighthouse Restaurant is a real highlight) to deep sea fishing guides, surf instructors and conservationists.
