Bliss Hotel review
Initial room had a major stink from malfunctioning drains. We were moved to a better room on request. Water failed on the final day and no provision was made to provide either drinking water or some fresh water to wash. though the problem was understandable as the mains was broken there was no communication with us about the problem.
lack of a reasonable nearby resturant an issue...the one next door offered to give you a meal depending on their analysis of your allergies!!
Rats playing in the stream running down by the hotel was a little off putting and a fin fifty yards off the beach not encouraging!!

We had a great time here - it's very stylish and somewhat remote, making it the perfect romantic getaway. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, as well as being brought breakfast on our balcony each morning. The view of the sunset from here is stunning, and the rooftop bar complete with loungers is the perfect place to view it from. Next door to the hotel is a fun and interesting restaurant with a surprise set menu that changes every night.
One thing to bear in mind here is that the beach is quite rocky (there was an incredible clear rock pool to swim in, accessed by stone steps), so you need to drive about 15 minutes to Beau Vallon for a good swimming beach. Apart from the one restaurant, you also need a car to access additional restaurants and facilities. However, driving here was fairly easy, so this should not be too problematic.
