Blissful Birkenhead

A 2nd excellent stay here. Great room overlooking the ocean and perfect for whale watching in season.

Superb, clued up staff with genuine charm and 'can do' approach. Fantastic walks from the door along the cliff path, the beach or in the nearby nature reserve and you can be dropped off/picked up at start or end if required.

Stunning, sophisticated food and interesting, wide choice of beverages. Essentially there is nothing to fault here from the exquisite decor, everything you could wish for ammenities, fine dining or the memorable personalities ..it is as near to perfection as you could hope for.

A return is guaranteed.

Birkinhead House Review

Birkinhead House was a fabulous start to our honeymoon. A beautiful position on the clifftops, wonderful food, friendly and helpful staff and lots of whales! Our room, no.3, had a wonderful bathroom and a seaview balcony for early morning coffee.

We would highly recommend both the whale watching boat excursion and walking along the stunning clifftop path that runs right by the hotel.
