This 7-night safari explores the western Serengeti National Park; fly into this stunning national park to experience some of the finest game viewing in Tanzania, whilst staying in top-notch lodges.
If you want to catch the great migration in the Serengeti, then ideal timing for this trip would be around October and December.
Day 1
Depart London Heathrow on an overnight Kenya Airways flight to Kilimanjaro Airport, via Nairobi.Days 2-3
2 nights at Kleins Camp (full board & activities) | Serengeti Migration Area, Tanzania
Arrive at the airstrip, where you will be met by your superior guide. On your way back to camp, enjoy a relaxing game drive and look out for the abundant game that lives in this area, just outside the Serengeti boundaries. Arrive in at Kleins Camp. During your 2-night stay, you'll enjoy game drives in the Serengeti and in the Loliondo area experiencing some fantastic game and endless views of the surrounding plains. Then return to indulge in the pure luxury of this lovely lodge. You can also do night drives and visit some local Maasai villages.Days 4-6
3 nights at Serengeti under Canvas (full board & activities) | Serengeti Migration Area, Tanzania
Have a relaxing start to the day with an excellent breakfast, before a road transfer to your next location. You will be able to enjoy a game drive on your way to the semi permanent Serengeti under Canvas. Here you will be able to enjoy the relaxed feel of a tented camp but with a few luxuries. During your 3-night stay, enjoy excellent game drives, night drives and walking in an area where the permanent wildlife is abundant. If you visit around October to November, then you're also likely to catch the great wildebeest migration passing through.Day 7
After an early morning game drive, fly back to Kilimanjaro Airport and then either continue onto one of our beach holiday add-on’s to Zanzibar, or connect with your afternoon Kenya Airways flight to London.Day 8
