"We're very happy with the service overall.
Quotation and booking was simple and the menber of staff I dealt with was pleasant and appeared knowledgeable. Stepen our guide in Tanzania was very pleasant, knowledgeable and a good driver. We would happy use Expert Africa again.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
One thing we would have changed, with hindsight, is to spend two nights at a lodge somewhere between Ngorongoro Crater and Lobo Wildlife Lodge (reducing the time at Lobo). This would have let us explore other areas."

"Lobo Wildlife Lodge is in a fantastic location with great views. The buildings are impressive, especially the bar area. Staff were friendly, even if service at dinner was a little confused at times.
The various animals living around the lodge provided entertainment, although we were glad the monkeys only ran over the roof on one night. The food wasn't very good though, lots of choice, but most of it either very bland or sickly sweet."

All the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good (although there wasn't much choice, but that didn't bother us). The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything worked worked. The fact it is fairly small made it feel more homely.
If we go back to Ngorongoro Crater then we'd happily stay there again."
