"Ellie was great and the results speak for themselves. We were all very satisfied with the outcome.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
ironically your marketing materials do not live up to the product which is far superior. You run a solid operation and have good people (Claire was very helpful as well), but your site is very antiquated and your print collateral is uninspiring.
My comments are not that of a typical consumer mind you. I am in the business, so I do look at sales tools with a critical eye and there is a disconnect between the quality of your service and how you promote it. Thankfully your product is better. The other part is far easier to remedy."

"Food was sub par and the facility needs a face lift. Felt ripped off when I was charged $20 US for laundering 1 T shirt and a pair of pants. That was OUTRAGEOUS."

"WOW. Best stop of the trip in terms of camp. Unforgettable experience. Peter Ijajara the camp Manager was EXCEPTIONAL as was his back-up crew. A fantasy stop to be sure....
At this point it was clear that ASILIA came across as an impressive operator. Of particular mention is Fazo Mtoro our guide until this location who was EXCEPTIONAL on all LEVELS. He made a VERY BIG difference to the whole experience. Cannot recommend him enough."

"Nice facility, but a let down compared to Dunia (surprisingly). Temp Manager Sally was very good, but the camp suffers from systemic poor room maintenance (towels never changed, water leaking from shower into bathroom) and food that frankly for a 5 star camp was tough and chewy (all meats except the chicken).
To be clear this is not a shabby camp. Folks were friendly and accommodating, but for the high cost it comes up short and is not as good as a value as Dunia."
