"Thank you Saskia for planning such a wonderful trip for us. I knew the first time I talked to you on the phone that I felt you would help us plan a fabulous trip. You are a great listener and give excellent advice.
We LOVED Namibia and had great experiences with the sights and the people. We are quite well traveled and feel our Namibia trip really impressed us and we aren't easy to impress. With the exception of Okaukejo our lodging and meals were just wonderful, though lodging and meals aren't why we travel. We travel to experience and touch and be touched by the people of the world. You provided us with such wonderful experiences while being honest about the driving conditions and other things.
We highly recommend Expert travel and of course our dear Saskia.

"We loved Kulala. The location was great. The excursion into the park was wonderful. The guide was excellent. The staff was kind and helpful. We felt the entire staff was warm and welcoming. While the food wasn't the greatest, we felt it was ok, and we didn't go to Sesriem for the food anyway!

"We enjoyed our stay at Central. They gave us a room not in the main house, but just off the carpark. Plusses were that it was a very large 2 bedroom with a huge soaking tub and we only had to carry our luggage a couple of steps. Minuses were that the room had ants and was drafty. To use the wifi we had to go around the back of the house and use a key to go into the house. However a plus was that the lady of the house offered me a glass of sherry while I was catching up on my emails. Breakfast was lovely."

"Our stay in Cape Cross was not everything we wanted it to be. we found the staff to be quite indifferent. It was terribly cold while we were there. The room had no heat or space heaters and no hot water bottles were made available. Our room was not as nice as rooms in their photos.
The dinner we were served was just excellent, one of the best meals we were served in Namibia."

"Doro Nawas was our favorite of the lodges. The room was wonderful, we loved the terrace overlooking the desert, loved the outdoor shower and the room was huge. Staff here was delightful and just couldn't do enough for us. Our guide was excellent. When we left, we felt like we were leaving old friends.

"This was a terrible, terrible place to stay - check in took 30 plus minutes
room was not very clean, holes in mosquito netting, half filled bottles of shampoo etc, sour smell in room, towels looked like they had been washed and then just hung up on the hooks.
Plusses: a 3 minute walk to the waterhole where we saw amazing animals
Negatives the dining room did not look clean so we did not eat breakfast there. Checkout at 6am took a long time because they had to have someone check the room to see if we stole or broke anything (really???)"

"The room was good, but quite small. They had every amenity including a make up mirror and a travel converter. Wifi at the lodge was excellent. Staff was really nice. Food was very very good. Joe says the best meal in Namibia- -- I vote for Okonjima and Mushara #2.
Very few people staying there. We got there about 3 since we left Etosha so early in the morning because of the last hotel. I had thought they had a water hole, but they didn't. We were comfortable reading in the lodge."

"We were upgraded to the Bush camp.
Oh my goodness. The rondoval was stunning. The only problem was that we weren't there long enough to enjoy it. Meals were just superb. The excursions were fabulous.
I could have spent a week there. Wow!"
