Our safari trip

"Overall a highly successful trip.
We travelled with my sister and her husband, who booked with a different agent. Although this meant that our connecting travel was different, we felt that in the event our timings were better, and the advice which we were given always seemed superior. We were for example advised to book international flights ourselves to save money (unlike my sister) which added to an already highly significant price difference between the two otherwise identical holidays.
We were highly impressed by the knowledge and advice given by Expert Africa, not only on the safari part but also in the remainder of our holiday in the Cape Town area."

"Saw pretty much everything we had hoped for, with some particularly memorable lion and wild dog experiences. Excellent location.
Guide Foster excellent, with good sense of humour! Other staff friendly and helpful.
Comfortable accomodation but felt site lacked management "eye" - e.g. towels not replaced at pool; decision making a bit casual. However, new managers have been appointed.
We had a great view, but despite description, not all tents do."

"A "luxurious" feel to this camp, both in communal facilities and individual accomodation. Latter had good views over either wetland or grassland depending on location, was very comfortable and even had a sherry decanter topped up every day!
Staff friendly and helpful and good management on site.
Laundry facilities good - we flew in a small plane in a thunderstorm and our baggage got soaked, but was dried and pressed as soon as we arrived.
Guides managed to find pretty much every animal we hoped for (leopards every day, jackals, hyenas, baby giraffes as well as the usual elephants, lions and a huge variety of zebras, wildebeest, antelopes etc).
