My Nov 2012 trip
On this trip, I visited Botswana between 1-Nov-2012 and 6-Nov-2012 and I travelled with 4 other people.
Good
Unfortunately our experience at Kanana with our guide rather spoilt our time there and we had to complain. The manager was going to sort out but it was too late for us.
It was good to be able to fly direct from the Cape to Maun and Air Botswana were good apart from one delay of over an hour, but that's air travel!

Excellent
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we do like to visit Botswana as the people are so friendly.
Flights were all on time so no delays.
