"Unfortunately our experience at Kanana with our guide rather spoilt our time there and we had to complain. The manager was going to sort out but it was too late for us.
It was good to be able to fly direct from the Cape to Maun and Air Botswana were good apart from one delay of over an hour, but that's air travel!"

"Lizzie one of the managers was rather weak. The staff generally were alright.
Our guide and tracker were good and informative. We thought there would be much more water activities, although we did go on the river for a drive but were very disappointed in the bird life.
I know you can't always see things but brochure makes Little Kwara sound much better than it actually is."
