On this trip, I visited Mozambique & Zambia between 6-Oct-2008 and 20-Oct-2008 and I travelled with 1 other person.
Excellent
Planning the trip with Claire was great, quick to get back to me when finding about accommodation, taking into account what we wanted. Initially,we couldn't get the class we wanted on the flight but Claire kept check and eventually we were lucky.
She suggested talking to her colleagues about the places we were thinking of staying in if she herself had not stayed there. All the staff are obviously very knowledgeable about the area and honest with their comments.
As I mentioned the only low point was the Joburg stopover hotel and I now wish I'd have pushed for options that I could have checked out.
