Our 1st Safari
On this trip, I visited Tanzania & Zanzibar between 18-Jul-2009 and 2-Aug-2009 and I travelled with 4 other people.
Excellent
Claire listened to what we wanted carefully and in our opinion came up with a good combination for our 1st safari holiday. Her experience, advice and patience with our constant questions were greatly appreciated. Nothing felt like too much trouble or too stupid a question, her level of customer service is to be commended.
We always received helpful & expert advice from everyone we spoke to at Expert Africa. A mention must go to Eleanor for taking the time to talk to & listen to us on our journey home, especially appreciated when she was "off duty".
We would not hesitate to recommend or book with Expert Africa again.
