Travel reviews by Mr and Mrs H - Norfolk
Stunning safari
On this trip, I visited Tanzania between 10-Sep-2011 and 23-Sep-2011 and I travelled with 1 other person.
As near perfect as one could expect, and actually more so than we did expect.
Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:
Can't think of any. All transfers went like clockwork. Everybody seemed to be in the right place at the right time and the hotels were wonderful.
As a matter of interest, before we left, I did enquire about hairdriers. Ellie was away, and my enquiry was dealt with by somebody else. My information was that Beho Beho don't have them in the rooms, but actually they do.
I think it would have been helpful to know that absolutely everything is included at both hotels, and there isn't a bill for bar, laundry or other extras on checking out. We could have got away with taking far less if we had appreciated that. We may have been told, but perhaps it should be in capital letters!
I stayed at and have reviewed:

We have always believed that acting responsibly is the only way to approach tourism and we're one of
the few companies to hold AITO's original coveted 5-star status for responsible tourism. It's a lead
