Our trip to Zambia

"We had a wonderful time. Each of Livingstone/Victoria Falls, Tafika lodge and Lusaka had their own different charms.
Tafika lodge is a gem; somewhat expensive but worth it. Zambia is a great place to go and in our experience preferable to better known destinations such as Kenya.
Expert Africa put together a good trip to meet our requirements and in which everything worked out well and hassle-free.

"Outstanding. The location, food, guides, rooms and overall atmosphere are superb. It is difficult to imagine a better game lodge.

"Lusaka is a rapidly developing capital city with a mix of brash and flashy, international standard hotels and shopping malls, shoddy and crumbling areas, poor and depressing slums.
It takes a while to seek out the places to go and those to avoid. But this is as much the real Africa as remote villages and game lodges."

The pool is picturesque but as unheated the water is quite cold (June). Overall, a great base to visit Livingstone."
