Taj Pamodzi Hotel review
An overnight stop off, nothing further to add.

Having stayed in Taj hotels in India we were extremely disappointed with this one.
The room was adequate, room service very slow and the food in the restaurant very poor.
We would suggest that you investigate Lusaka for a better hotel.
Taj Pamodzi - a good hotel for one night
We hadn't really been looking forward to Lusaka but actually quite enjoyed it. The Taj Pamodzi was a good base, an easy 30 minute drive from the airport with very efficient transfers by Ndola Voyagers. The room was a typical business hotel room but was quiet for an early night with an early start the next day.
We ate lunch, dinner & breakfast in the Jacarunda coffee shop & all were quite good particulary the Indian buffet. Being in Lusaka, we were able to do some last minute shopping in the Kabwata cultural village, a good way to spend a couple of hours.
Taj - a great end to a safari
A convenient location for the airport. A lovely hotel with well-equipped, clean and comfortable rooms.
Staff friendly and helpful at all times.
They were particularly accommodating about providing breakfast naerly an hour earlier than normal. Full feedback sent directly to Taj.

A first class business hotel. Very nice way to "ease back" towards so-called civilisation.

Glad we had the one night at the hotel at the end of our safari to have air conditioning. It was a good standard of an international hotel.

A typical city centre hotel. Perfectly acceptable.

Lovely hotel but with intrusic music in the bar that made it difficult to talk. The food (a la carte menu) was very very poor at supper and very disappointing after the fantastic food we had eaten in the bush. Breakfast was lovely tho'. The staff were very helpful and charming.
I was glad we only had one night there.
