"Four Points Nairobi Airport review"

1 night Arrived 4 Nov 2023
"I arrived late at night and, on checking in, was told that my booking was for an "accessible" room. I initially thought that this was amusing but, having been escorted to the room, found that the sink was at mid-thigh level which was awkward for me to use. However as I was leaving early the following morning I didn't make a fuss about it.

On checking out I told the receptionist that I had checked my paperwork and could confirm that my booking had been for a Standard room on a B&B basis.

They were perfectly pleasant about it but said that their records showed an accessible room was required." See all these reviews: 10n in Tanzania; 1n in Kenya

"Four Points Nairobi Airport review"

1 night Arrived 15 Sep 2023
"Not sure where to put this bit but you can sort it? Quickly through passport control but then that person had the wrong number for the transfer to the hotel so we had to stand around for nearly an hour and then flagged down a different transport. The person who picked us up the following morning said he had been at the airport but was not contacted. It was late at night and a bit of a bad start.

Our room at the hotel had a connecting door to the next room - so all the light shone through round the edge and all the noise of their converstaions on the phone and TV etc bellowed through - until at least 3am.

Breakfast was fine." See all these reviews: 12n in Kenya

"A welcome overnight stay, pleasant staff, nice room, but the security was OTT.

We called in here on the way home and had a very nice meal and again the staff were really helpful with the bags and getting the shuttle to JKIA." See all these reviews: 9n in Kenya

"Four Points Nairobi Airport review"

1 night Arrived 5 Sep 2023
"This was a good choice of hotel because by the time we landed and got through security, we were grateful to have such a short journey to the hotel. The room etc was functional but perfectly comfortable and overall pretty quiet.

The breakfast the next day was excellent and the setting of the restaurant was impressive, particularly bearing in mind the proximity to the perimeter of the airport. We would therefore recommend this choice of hotel for travellers such as ourselves.

As a cross-reference the Ole Sereni where we stopped for dinner on our way home was described to us locally as definitely more upmarket than Four Points. On what we saw, we would not agree." See all these reviews: 8n in Kenya

"The ideal stop-over hotel"

1 night Arrived 5 Sep 2023
"This was the perfect place for us to stay following the long flight from London.

Our room was very nice and we arrived at the hotel around 1030pm and had eaten on the plane so just had a couple of drinks before bed.

Slept well and enjoyed a nice breakfast before leaving for the airport" See all these reviews: 6n in Kenya; 4n in Zanzibar
