"Better than expected"
Lots of memories of amazing places and events such as picnic on trip to Dunes from Hoodia Lodge. White napkins and chilled wine
Glad we did it. The roads were much better than we expected and the friendliness of the people who looked after us was really lovely. The trip from Hoodia Lodge to the dunes was outstanding and the yummy picnic under a tree with white wine and napkins will be talked about for a long time.

"A close encounter with the natural world!"
I wish we had had one more day in Swakopmund to do a pelagic or desert tour or to go kayaking. Mushara didn't add much to the trip but I could have stayed another day at Hoodia or Entendeka, especially if it had been cool enough to walk more.

I found the one night stops less rewarding on the whole although sometimes that can't be avoided. Sabina did a good job guessing our needs from our comments which may have been contradictory at times. Perhaps a very brief set of questions at the start? We thoroughly enjoyed this holiday and pretty much all aspects met or exceeded our expectations. We would have no hesitation recommending Expert Africa to anyone else considering travelling to Namibia.

"Trip exceeded expectations ..."
We had some tyre issues early on which caused us some worry but people at lodges were very helpful and we were soon able to get on with enjoying our holiday.
We had to cancel this holiday last year at short notice and Chris McIntyre was very understanding and supportive especially with insurers. Thanks again to Chris and Sabina for their help and understanding.

I am a fairly critical person and usually can think of ways for service to improve, but the service we received from Saskia was nothing short of outstanding and I can't think of a way to improve . Saskia was incredibly knowledgeable and very quickly grasped the type of trip my husband and I were looking for. She tailored the trip to meet our needs.
She went above and beyond being very responsive to our questions, by proactively looking out for us -- alerting us when she thought a plane connection was too brief and identifying and resolving overcharges by budget rental car. She was always pleasant. The map she provided us was terrific -- clearly outlining our journey and highlighting the places we would stay, so we had no trouble finding them. We had not a single glitch in the trip. All the vouchers were provided and accepted. The information sheets for each place we were to stay were helpful.

"Fantastic"
We especially liked Damaraland, Etosha, the sea kayaking (Jeanne was great and very knowledgable) and the cheetahs - the staff there were great as well. Could write tons more!!

Okaukuejo Camp
Set within Etosha National Park, Okaukuejo Resort is a large camp with a productive, floodlit waterhole.
Halali Camp
The smallest of Etosha's erstwhile restcamps, overlooking its own floodlit waterhole, Halali has a superb location near the centre of Etosha Pan.
Mushara Bush Camp
The family-friendly Mushara Bush Camp offers great value and is an excellent base from which to explore Etosha National Park.
Ongava Lodge
With fantastic views over a private reserve bordering Etosha, the smart Ongava Lodge offers driving and walking safaris on the reserve, and guided drives in Etosha.
