"Stunning safari"

I visited Tanzania between 10 Sep 2011 and 23 Sep 2011
"As near perfect as one could expect, and actually more so than we did expect.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

Can't think of any. All transfers went like clockwork. Everybody seemed to be in the right place at the right time and the hotels were wonderful.

As a matter of interest, before we left, I did enquire about hairdriers. Ellie was away, and my enquiry was dealt with by somebody else. My information was that Beho Beho don't have them in the rooms, but actually they do.

I think it would have been helpful to know that absolutely everything is included at both hotels, and there isn't a bill for bar, laundry or other extras on checking out. We could have got away with taking far less if we had appreciated that. We may have been told, but perhaps it should be in capital letters!" "Beho Beho Safari August 2011"

I visited Tanzania between 13 Aug 2011 and 21 Aug 2011
"Overall the trip to Beho Beho was brilliant. It far exceeded our expectations. From the moment we landed at Beho Beho to the moment we left we completely switched off from the outside world and immersed ourselves in the safari and bush life in general.

Being on safari was always exciting, informative, friendly and at times scary but most of all it was an experience to savour and one we will never forget." Read full review: 8 nights in Africa; 7 on a Tanzania safari

"Beho Beho & Ras Kutani - the best"

I visited Tanzania between 10 Feb 2011 and 22 Feb 2011
"The two lodges we stayed in were just what we wanted from a Safari & beach holiday.

Beho was far beyond our expectations - remote location - great game viewing & lovely rooms, comfort & hospitality - true perfection.

Ras K was ideal for relaxing at the beach - laid-back, rustic but 5 star comfort." Read full review: 12 nights in Africa; 11 on a Tanzania safari

"general holiday feedback"

I visited Tanzania between 10 Feb 2011 and 22 Feb 2011
"We could not have wished for better! There was absolutely nothing about the chosen camp site and resort that we could fault, Beho Beho is a place made in heaven we cannot speak more highly of their hospitality, service and comfort, I almost had to stop thinking for myself as they pre guessed everything we required arranged all our activities perfectly and attended to our every need without fail. They demonstrated high standards of hospitality at every level from manager, rangers to waiting and room staff.
Ras Kutani provided the perfect environment for rest and relaxation after safari. would highly recommend both resorts
We had a delay of 1 hour at Dar airport on the transfer to Ras Kutani, we had to sit in a minibus for the duration which had to be incurred in order that transfer details could be given to other holiday makers coming in on another flight after ours, it was unnecessary and just marred the holiday slightly." "One to remember!"

I visited Tanzania and 1 other country between 8 Feb 2011 and 22 Feb 2011
"We believe we got the balance and standard just about right. Gibbs Farm was the only disappointment. We would certainly return to Tanzania to include the Selous but we wouldn't necessarily wish to include Zanzibar again.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

Your attention to detail prior to the trip was first class. We look forward to future trips with you." Read full review: 14 nights in Africa; 9 on a Tanzania safari

"I really can not thank Ellie too much for the service she provided at Expertb Africa.

She assessed with great patience the sort of pople wevwere and our interests and past experience of Africa and then quitely recommended where we should go. She was spot on with these suggestions and provided us , as aresult, with a truly memorable trip. Not a fault or confusion anywjhere. We wre always met promptly at every arrival by efficient handlers.

Expert Africa is clearly well regarded at the Camps and not surpisingly. many thanks.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

You have my individual assessments. For me it was all faultless but then somewhere basic like Kwihala fits my personal bill perfectly but might not others, perhaps particularly the ladies, who might prefer more luxuries. However, Ellie pointed this out to me and already knew neither Jill nor I wanted the 'Hilton Bubble' experience. However, youneed to make sure that your clients do fit the style of the camp....but recommend it nevertheless as something thoroughly worth the extra effort!!" "Overall Feedback"

I visited Tanzania and 1 other country between 20 Dec 2010 and 4 Jan 2011
"We both had a wonderful honeymoon - it surpassed expectations and every place we stayed was different but equally fantastic. It was an expensive trip but I felt it was worth every penny.

Liz in particular was amazing - right from advising and helping us put together an itinerary, to sorting our flights out in the Heathrow chaos and helping us when needed during our trip. Liz's achievement in swapping us from BA to Kenya Airways on 20 December (at virtually no extra cost), without any exaggeration, saved the whole trip.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Expert Africa to friends and family, and I'll be in touch when we visit Africa again!

Thanks again for all your hard work,

Neil and Jo

"We loved our honeymoon - thank you Claire for all your hard work in putting together our trip!

It was lovely not having to worry about anything - all the flights, transfers and the lodges/hotels were just what we asked for and everything worked like clockwork.
