"2 terrific weeks in Zambia"

I visited Zambia between 22 Aug 2016 and 4 Sep 2016
"A terrific trip in all respects. Wonderful camps. Terrific game drives, hikes, canoeing and fishing.

We would highly recommend our itinerary to anyone thinking about a trip to Zambia.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

We worked with Lucy at Expert Africa to plan our 14 day trip through Zambia. Lucy was terrific to work with. She knows Zambia and the various camps. She is super responsive. I really can not say enough good things about working with Lucy and the itinerary we put together with her assistance.

We loved each and every camp. The connections were perfect. Not a single issue or complaint over the 2 week trip. We look forward to working with her in the near future to plan a trip to Botswana.

Once again, I would highly recommend Lucy and Expert Africa. I will be a repeat customer." Read full review: 13 nights in Africa; 13 on a Zambia safari

I visited Botswana and 1 other country between 12 Aug 2016 and 29 Aug 2016
"Trip of a lifetime managed with absolute precision by Expert Africa from start to finish. They were a pleasure to deal with and the whole trip was smooth and trouble free at every point.

There was always someone to meet us at every airport to assist us with luggage and ticketing which was unexpected but made all the travelling completely stress free. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and will definitely be using them again for our next trip to Africa." Read full review: 17 nights in Africa; 9 on a Botswana safari

"Family safari in Zambia"

I visited Zambia between 10 Aug 2016 and 22 Aug 2016
"Our trip consisted of four nights Shiwa Ng'andu, 4 nights Tafika, 1 night Chikoko, 2 nights Livingstone.

The itinerary and choice of locations was great for our family and just what we were looking for - I think the sequencing was perfect.

The only thing I would change in hindsight would be at least one more night at Vic Falls." Read full review: 12 nights in Africa; 11 on a Zambia safari

"Amazing safari to South Luangwa."

I visited Zambia between 4 Aug 2016 and 14 Aug 2016
"We had an amazing trip to South Luangwa.
We have been on many safaris before but never seen so much game, especially Leopard and Lion, as this time.
Our camps were faultless and our guides were wonderful.
Claire, thank you for organizing such a lovely trip for us.
We really appreciated your advice in the camps you helped us choose.
They were all excellent.
A perfect holiday!" Read full review: 10 nights in Africa; 10 on a Zambia safari

"Zambia family safari"

I visited Zambia between 4 Aug 2016 and 20 Aug 2016
"As always we had a great time and cannot give any adverse comment on the whole experience. We have been fortunate to have been to Zambia many times through Expert Africa and Robin Pope Safaris and no two safaris are ever the same. There are always new sights smells and experiences.

This may have been our last safari as age is catching up on us on the journey out and back is long and tiring without a direct flight. Nevertheless if direct flights do return the temptation to return to Zambia may become too great to ignore.

"Amazing Zambia"

I visited Zambia between 25 Jul 2016 and 31 Jul 2016
"An excellent trip to Zambia - superb safari exceeding expectations on the wildlife seen!

Superb accommodation and fabulous food and drink.

If you are thinking of a safari, this is the one to go for. Well worth every penny.

Suggestions to help us improve our trips or our service:

Freddie [Ed: one of Expert Africa's Zambia experts] was great from the start, spending 45 minutes on my initial call to explain all the options and costings. Couldn't have asked for more. We received a guidebook which was great before and during the trip. A really nice touch. Freddie continued to advise us on aspects of the trip that we were looking at beyond our visit to South Luangwa Park. This was much appreciated." "Our July/August 2016 Zambia safari"

I visited Zambia between 25 Jul 2016 and 9 Aug 2016
"Good combination of game parks in S Luangwa and Lower Zambezi and nice combination of lodges/activities.

Good game viewing seeing the majority of animals including lion, leopard, genet, wild dogs, buffalo, hippos, elephant, antelope, and also lots of others. Also good bird life viewing.

As always the guided walking were very well organised and with excellent guides (especially Kanga), also good spotting of animals on walks.

Having been to Zambia 4/5 times now we wonder if there are less lions than there used to be, there is some hunting allowed adjacent to some of the park boundaries and does this affect numbers and cause more inter-breeding? We did see lions but not in large numbers, max 3 at one time and no cubs were seen, but it was said there were 2/3 cubs in the areas we were at."
