Sabina is worthy of particular mention, as she really knew Namibia well and so was able to give accurate and re-assuring advice. She was always courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Expert Africa give superb attention to detail and provide lots of useful information before the trip, which ensures the trip goes smoothly. Any issues, which were limited during or after the trip were dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
I would recommend Expert Africa without reservation.

"Trip of a Lifetime"
I could have lived without the trip to Capetown on the front end. It was nice, but not much different than any other cosmopolitan European city. So in hindsight I would have preferred to channel that time into safaris at the camps. But overall an amazing vacation with a lot of unexpected education." "Botswana trip- July 2015"
I want to credit Nick Hobbs for recommending Little Kwara. Without that camp, I would not have seen lion - which was at the top of my list. That camp was not even on my list, but he said they were great trackers and he was dead on right.

"I Loved My Trip to Africa"
We saw 3 of the "Big 5" which was a little disappointing but I guess that just gives us an excuse to come back to see the rhino and leopards. There was also quite a bit of overlap between the game activities offered by the Zambezi Queen and the Muchenje camp.

To be fair, given the price it really should have been that good. Only negatives were forced group dining at the Kwando safari camps (given it was a honeymoon we would have preferred a bit more privacy) and South Africa airways being a bit mediocre." It was also a very nice itinerary, suited to our particular interests and preferences. We would have liked to be more active since we aren't used to spending so much time in vehicles, but recognize that the nature of the trip made this very difficult. Game drives made it possible to see much more, from a closer distance, with less hazard.

Overall, the trip was very well organized. We stayed in some spectacular places.
Having the customized map and letter really helped in terms of self-drive navigation. (Two small points: The location for Okonjima was too far north for the actual turn off. Also, there were a couple of inconsistencies between the letter and the actual itinerary that looked like they were 'left overs' from a previous version of the letter.)
In terms of the overall itinerary, the trip was very well organized. If we were to do it again, we would make very few changes. We might skip BullsPort (but then wouldn't have walked at all!). We could also have skipped Mushara Bush Camp, except that we did need somewhere to overnight in about that location. Maybe we could have stayed inside the park? We loved having a waterhole chalet in Etosha and that was really a highlight. Footsteps was an interesting experience and might have been more important to us if we hadn't spent the previous 4 days kayaking and walking in the delta with a different outfitter."
