"This was my first trip to Africa and my first safari. Everything about the trip exceeded my expectations. All the arrangements made by Expert Africa worked extremely well with no hiccups. I travelled with my daughter who had been on a previous safari with EA, although this time we stayed in different lodgings. The two lodgings we chose (Ruaha River Lodge and Lake Manze Camp) were very different, both in location and style of accommodation, and complemented each other very well.
I was overawed by the different animals and birds we saw and was very impressed with the quality of the guides. I just loved every minute of the trip.
Expert Africa were always happy to answer any of our queries and were very approachable. I would be more than happy to travel with them again."

"After quite a long journey from Ruaha River Lodge, we arrived at about 2 pm and were welcomed by Rebecca, the young manager who had only been at Lake Manze for 3 months. She took her time to explain everything to us and we were pleasantly surprised that lunch had been kept for us.
The activities on offer included a boat safari, early morning game drive (6.30 am), afternoon game drive (at 4 pm) or all day game drives which left at 8.30. We did them all and were delighted with all. Victor, our guide, was very knowledgeable, as Ngome, our driver and it was nice to have them on most drives. The boat safari was very relaxing after the journey.
On the full day game drive, there were times when we would drive for maybe an hour, seeing not much, but were then rewarded with something spectacular.
We thoroughly enjoyed having dinner out in the open on a long table as it gave the opportunity to talk to fellow guests. The food was very good and plentiful"

The game drives were excellent. We had Josephad as our guide and he was amazing, both with regard to spotting all the animals and birds, and his knowledge. I absolutely loved the location of the lodge, especially being able to go up to the lounge area on returning from a long day out, and being able to watch the hippos, elephants and giraffe while writing up the day's diary."
