"Visiting Africa was an experience unlike any other. We saw and learned a lot. We are already talking about our next visit and seeing gorillas will be on the itinerary.
Everything came off without a hitch. All transfers were on time and uneventful. (Except when the plane at Mana Pools started rolling backwards with no one in it. We were able to stop the plane about ten feet from the pick up vehicle, avoiding a collision.)
I will not hesitate to recommend Expert Africa."

"Shortly after departing on the first game drive we came across painted dogs munching on an impala. We were able to get close and observe them. Amazing.
Great location on the Zambezi where you can hear the river and animal sounds through the night. Breakfast around the campfire. Excellent staff. Got to see Boswell the elephant rear up. Daddy, our guide, was knowledgeable and helpful in locating wildlife. An overall great experience."

"Extremely nice hotel. The room was first rate as was the service.
On the down side my girlfriend was bitten by bedbugs during a massage at the spa. Had bites all over the front of her leg. Had to chuckle when they brought neosporin on a plate with the tube placed on a cloth napkin."

"Lots of wildlife around Camp Hwange"

"We saw an amazing amount of wildlife. Andy was an excellent guide. He accommodated us to the best of his ability, including a fruitless half day attempt to spot a rhino.
He was knowledgeable and experienced. When they talk about the great guiding in Zimbabwe, Andy is what they mean.
Couldn't be happier with the time spent at Camp Hwange. We saw it all except for a cheetah, and rhino. Enjoyed listening to the animals around the watering hole at night.
I highly recommend Camp Hwange."

"Nice experiences with Edward on a short sunset hike and seeing rhino the next day.
Not a good experience with the camp itself. A lot of minor issues added up to a mediocre stay. One by itself is no big deal but when there are six or seven it adds up.
Colin and Billy are cheerful enough, but that masks an underlying indifference. There were other people complaining as well. Unique architecture."
