"Convenient stop-over in Kalahari"

"Kalahari Arms Hotel review"
Hotel itself was adequate, but next door was a bottle shop one side and a take-away the other, and when we arrived, around 2.30 on a Sunday afternoon, the place was full of drunks - which kept up for the rest of the day. The hotel felt secure enough, but it felt rather uncomfortable that the guard and padlocked gates were to keep out wild people rather than wild animals!" Battery charging is possible via shaver point in the bathroom (and an EU converter). There was a TV (though we hadn't really missed that in other places!) We did have a little trouble finding the hotel as it isn't signed from the main road but it was only a matter of a few minutes. Latterly we realised that it is visible from the main road if you look down the appropriate side road as you pass.
