Vingerklip Lodge sits on a hilltop approximately 1km from the striking Vingerklip ('finger of stone' or 'rock finger') from which it derives its name. At 35m high, the Vingerklip is one of the most impressive sedimentary rock formations in Namibia. From the many vantage points of the lodge, guests can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding sandstone mountains, plateaux and valleys known as the Ugab terraces.
Our view of Vingerklip Lodge
Our ViewVingerklip Lodge is stylish and friendly, with good facilities and a lovely setting. It’s excellent for views of the Vingerklip rock pinnacle, and works well as a stopover, but is a little too far east for visiting the main Damaraland attractions.
