Lion Camp is located on the edge of an oxbow lagoon, overlooking a plain. This is a real magnet for game, which is drawn here to the water all year around. On our recent visit here (September 2012) there were some puku grazing immediately in from of the Camp. Lion Camp is located in the north of the South Luangwa National Park, a three hours drive through the Park from Mfuwe airport. It focuses on good guiding and flexible activities, all in very comfortable surroundings.

Although none of our team has stayed overnight at Lion Camp, we have been assured that the service, as well as the guiding here, are of a high standard.
