Ubuntu Camp
(100%) From 5 reviewsUbuntu Camp is a small, semi-permanent camp in the Serengeti National Park. Like it’s more luxurious sister camp Olakira, Ubuntu moves seasonally to optimise the chance of witnessing the great wildebeest migration. Between December and March it is situated on the open southern plains, where the annual migration spreads out to graze on the fresh new grasses. Then from June to November it is located in the north of the park, where it is perfectly positioned to witness the crossing of the Mara River.
Our view of Ubuntu Camp
Ubuntu’s small size, unfussy layout, good service and reasonable price tag make it a great choice for those who enjoy a simple, bushcamp set-up and want a good-value base from which to see the migration at various stages.
