Olive Grove review
Very friendly reception and very helpful staff. Room was comfortable and food good. Ideal for a one night stopover.
We visited the Geological Survey in the Ministry of Mining and Energy (near Eros Airport) - interesting and well presented.
Olive Grove review
We were very welcome at Olive Grove (thanks Nantie for your support!). The rooms are different in size, so it's worth checking it before you arrive there. The luxury rooms at the pool area are really smaller than the ones in the second floor.
We had in our first night at Olive Grove the best food we had in our trip to Namibia (we would rate it as excelent), but in the last night dinner was average. And as other places in Namibia, they face some problems with hot running water when there are many people using the shower at the same time, problems which the staff will be glad and quick to solve.
We reccommend the place.

This was a really good place to stay before setting off on our adventures. The staff were welcoming. It was in a quiet residential area with great views. The rooms were really original.
A little bit of style over substance in that the two washbasins and shower looked great but didn't function entirely successfully.
Lovely breakfast but the dinner tried a bit too hard. That said, we would definitely stay here again - and it was 100% nicer than any hotel.

A great place for a first night's stay. It was easy to find from the airport. They were very welcoming, hot water bottles and heating were a real plus as it was cold at night.
