Warthog Safari

Warthog Safari: In full

This 3 night trip situated on the banks of the Selinda Spillway has you staying at Selinda Explorers Camp. While both day and night game drives are offered, there is as normally as much emphasis on walking, giving guests the opportunity to appreciate the smaller things only seen outside a vehicle. Canoeing is sometimes possible, when water levels permit.

This safari can be combined with any of our other Botswana fly-in safaris to make a longer trip. It can also easily be combined with a visit to Livingstone in Zambia or Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe to see the Victoria Falls. See our trips to Livingstone or trips to Victoria Falls for examples of the add-on options, as well as the costs.

This is an individual trip, and can be tailor-made and adapted to suit you.

Days 1-3

3 nights at Selinda Explorers Camp (full board & activities) | Kwando-Linyanti area, Botswana

Selinda Explorers is designed along the lines of a traditional tented camp. From Maun, you'll be met and flown by light aircraft to Selinda for a 50-minute game drive to the camp.
The 3 nights at Selinda Explorers Camp will be spent walking and on game drives, as well as canoeing trips when water levels permit. Selinda Explorers Camp is a great choice for anyone looking for a traditional tented camp experience, and it's location beside the Spillway is lovely. It is very comfortable, and its focus on walking safaris and canoeing trips makes it different to most other places in the Delta. So it will work really well for those who want to be active, as well as enjoying the occasional promising game drive from a vehicle.

Day 4

On your final morning you will usually have time for your morning activity before taking a light aircraft flight back to Maun where you will connect with your own onward arrangements.
