An experience to cherish for the life time
Zambia between 7 Apr 2012 and 14 Apr 2012
But then, we are glad that we met some very good people in the safari parks, ate amazing food, fortunate enough to see all Big 5s and were looked after by 2 very good teams in the lodges.
Will certainly consider RPS again."

Many thanks for organising the B'Day.
Will return to both the camps soon."

Eight Reedbuck Hotel, Zambia (this camp has since closed)

However, the service was shocking. Bar tender became the cook and clearly had limited if no experience in cooking.
We ordered a Chicken dish from the main. IT CAME WELL COOKED OUTSIDE BUT RAW IN THE MIDDLE. IT WASN'T EVEN WARM IN THE MIDDLE. When asked to change it to steak, he simply charged us for the steak with no apology or the courtesy to accept the fact that he was trying to feed someone a raw uncooked chicken.....
A complete contrast to how were looked after by Robin Pope group."
Clive told us that in recent weeks he had received a couple of similarly disturbing reports. Hence, as of 1 May (which was over a week ago as I write this), he had put in place a completely new food and beverage team. Hes watching this carefully, but tells us that hes confident that this new team will ensure that Eight Reedbucks reputation for excellent service is maintained.
Clive also asked us to pass on his personal apologies to these travellers for the poor service that they received during their stay.

The staffs can't do enough. Our guide even helped us to arrange Emma's Birthday party in the next lodge on the 10th of April.
No complains what so ever."
