"one of the rooms had a strong smell of smoke - if we had known we would have asked for a non-smoking room. Also the air conditioning was very noisy in both rooms. we did not bring up either of these matters with the hotel staff - perhaps they would have addressed them if we had!!

On the return visit at the last two days of our holiday we had non smoking rooms and only one had noisty airconditioning.

Otherwise - lovely friendly staff- comfortable hotel ; loved the decor generally."

The location/view excellent.
The shared meals with staff and other visitors was great also.
All guides encountered were lovely people and very knowledgeable.
Of course we really liked our guide Moses - such a kind and knowledgeable person.

Rooms good. Service was somewhat slow. Little variety in menus- only one dining facility available and was a bit limited in choice.

Reception staff a little less welcoming than perhaps should have been. Otherwise all staff great . Service a bit slow."
