"This is a fabulous lodge where the staff cannot do enough to help.

From the warm, friendly welcome on arrival till our departure we felt cared for and totally comfortable. The game drives were excellent and, even after 8 days completely varied.

We would highly recommend Kwandwe and would return ourselves."

"The 'rooms' were exceptional here at Tsala but we felt the welcome was tepid and the service (apart from housekeeping which was excellent) needed a little improvement. We also thought the property was a little 'tired' and could have done with some renovations.

An incident on our first night where my dietary intolerance were overlooked despite having having been reiterated moments before, could have had serious consequences for someone with a more severe condition. Adequate compensation was made so we don't wish to make a formal complaint but it was indicative of the lack of attention to detail in service."
