"Met on arrival, by guide a driver. Drinks and wet towels

Hussein had excellent english - instant game drive en route to camp. These 2 were our private guides throughout. Barbara ( Italian Manager) on hand for our arrival at camp. Very welcoming. 8 raised tents overlooking the Rufiji. Very Spacious with a large electriv fan. Double sinks and separate shower toilet. Very poor lighting for night reading. Guides and drivers on water and land excellent.

Food good for the location. 3 courses would be enough for dinner. Not enough salads - probably due to location.
Game viewing was excellent. Drives probably should be 1/2- 1 hour shorter."

"Our first room was poor. A/c kept failing.
Bathroom door broken, bathroom shower flooded the whole bathroom, unlcean grouting
Safe out of battery. Attempts made to fix but very frustrating.

Management non existent for 2 days but moved us to a suite ( very nice) when they reappeared after the weekend.
The food was terrble - very poor buffet. And we were both sick after one meal.

South African mamangement admitted problems but din't seem to be doing anything to train up the staff.
Good location on Matemwe beach and the dive shope was excellent - Ocean One"

"Check-in efficient. The Air con in room failed overnight.

We were upgraded to a fantastic rooftop suite for our second night.

Staff really helpful in letting me use the phone to call the Azanzi about a lost shirt and to reconfirm our flights.
